5 Pumpkin Patches to Explore This Fall.
September 21 2021, Mercedes-Benz Vancouver

A perfect fall day somehow makes all our seasonal rain worthwhile, and there’s no better place to enjoy it than with a sunny day trip to a pumpkin patch with friends and family in tow. Here are five fan-favourites in the Lower Mainland to choose from.
Southlands Heritage Farm - Vancouver
Register online to receive your spot at this scenic farm—a rarity in the city—which is an old apple orchard in the Southlands neighbourhood. Many of the pumpkins are pre-picked for ease, so just choose your favourite and don’t forget to scope out the animal life. There are goats, sheep, chickens, and horses on-site, as well as a campfire to warm up by.
Aldor Acres - Langley
This family-owned farm just outside of Fort Langley has been called the “Fraser Valley’s best pumpkin patch”. Their fall patch and market has it all: u-pick sunflowers, freshly harvested corn, farm animals to visit with, and locally made preserves, honey, and snacks to stock your home pantry. Grab your goods and snag a spot on a tractor for the ultimate fall photo opportunity.
Hazelmere Pumpkin Patch - Surrey
What started as a 2-acre pumpkin patch has grown to over 12 acres, with activities to surprise and delight the whole family. This includes an abundance of pumpkins and gourds, a corn maze, two petting zoos, a tented picnic area, and a variety of other fun play areas for kids and adults alike.
Laity Pumpkin Patch - Maple Ridge
There are two separate patches at Laity Pumpkin Patch. The South location boasts a Laity Launcher pumpkin launcher and an Instagram-worthy Western Pumpkin Town, bedecked with—you guessed it—pumpkins galore. The North location, the original patch, has a corn maze and adorable farm animals to visit with.
Mann Farms - Abbotsford
Do yourself a favour and pick up a Fall Fest VIP Pass, which gives you full access to a full day of fun at this beautiful farm. The pass includes access to Mann Farms’ daytime corn maze, an experience feeding the barnyard animals, pumpkin picking (of course), as well as mini donuts to snack on and wine (or slushies) to sip on. You couldn’t ask for a more perfect fall day.
