If you are looking for something a bit more exclusive, Fraserview Golf Club offers members-only options as well.
With its mature trees and rich traditions, it comes as no surprise to us that University Golf Club has been in business since 1929. Voted the #1 public golf course 10 years in a row by Vancouver Courier readers, this club is sure to please seasoned professionals and first-time golfers alike.
Featuring two Arnold Palmer Signature Design championship courses, The Ridge and The Canal, Northview Golf and Country Club offers both skill-testing and easygoing golf. Tee times can be booked online and are staggered ten minutes apart which means that, from reservations to post-game libations, your golf experience will be simple and unhurried.

It’s hard to believe that the Big Sky Golf Club is open to the public. This top-rated Pemberton club was ranked as one of the top 30 public courses in Canada by Golfer’s Digest in 2015. With both golf and recreational experiences available, it’s definitely worth taking a trip and making a day of this stunning course.
Just when we thought a trip to the mountains couldn’t get any better, the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Course tempted us with a mountaintop experience. This naturally stunning course is surrounded by creeks, wildlife, and mature Douglas Fir trees— and even though its elevation makes the course a bit of a challenge, less advanced golfers are welcomed and encouraged to play.
A short drive away from Whistler Village, Nicklaus North Golf Course sits nestled in between mountain peaks, valley floors, and emerald waters. With the many awards and distinctions it has received — and the VIP guests it’s hosted — since its opening in 1996, Nicklaus North has been calling to passionate golfers from near and far.
